Rygo Labs: Engineering compounding assets for the AI Era
Most agencies are junior writers. We’re a Special Ops unit comprised of veteran marketers, athletes, an Attorney, a PhD in Philosophy, and practitioners. We build systems that train AI to recommend you and train your customers that you’re the only answer.
Megan Timer
AI Visibility & Authority Operations
With a BAA in Public Relations and Design and a minor in Dance, Megan blends a sophisticated understanding of human communication with the psychology of Decision Architecture. As a protégé to the firm's leadership, she serves as the lead behind our Authority Marketing program, moving beyond crude keywords to map the psychological frameworks that drive user action.
Megan is the firm’s intelligence gatherer. She specializes in Field-Investigative Research, going deep into the source to interview product designers, test gear in the elements, and extract the raw human expertise that AI cannot replicate. By translating these insights into strategic briefs for our writing teams, she ensures every piece of content is grounded in real-world authority and designed to convert.
A digital nomad who moves between the Michigan office and seaside cafés in Portugal, Megan balances the "chaos control" of managing global content calendars with the high-energy flow of a kiteboarder and snowboarder.
Ryan Goloversic
Founder, CEO & Strategist
Ryan Goloversic builds authority ecosystems that make competitors irrelevant. With 14+ years in SEO, storytelling, and strategy, he turns content into leverage that ranks, converts, and compounds.
As Creative Director at MACkite, he built one of the largest organic marketing programs in watersports—transforming them into a global media powerhouse. He pioneered video marketing in kiteboarding, blending SEO with YouTube to create the first scalable content engine in the sport. He also recruited and led a distributed team that produced millions of views across 13 countries, redefining how the industry approached organic growth.
Ryan leads a team pioneering AI-driven SEO. His clients dominate Search Generative Experience (SGE) results and appear in large-language-model recommendatios, proving that authority and alignment now win the search game.
A world-recognized kiteboarder featured in The Kite Mag, Ryan blends intuition, creativity, and strategic foresight—building content systems that dominate and resonate.

Franco Tremsal
Web Development & PPC Lead
Franco brings an Engineering degree and a Supply Chain MBA to the world of Paid Ads and Web Development. This rare analytical background allows him to treat every campaign as a high-efficiency system, optimizing off-page SEO and PPC with a level of technical depth most "marketers" miss.
A former competitor on the KPL world tour, Franco connected with Ryan in Argentina over a shared obsession with digital strategy. Today, he manages the firms back-end and paid performance from Greece, delivering results through a balance of data, precision, and relentless optimization.
Andre Magarao
Commercial Photography
Andre is an internationally decorated commercial and sports photographer who provides the "Visual Proof" essential to our Decision Architecture. With a resume that includes 61 magazine covers and over 800 published shots, Andre was named the 2021 Sports Photographer of the Year and holds multiple Platinum and Gold awards from the Muse and New York Photography Awards.
At the firm, Andre’s work serves as a critical pillar of Information Gain. In an AI-saturated landscape, generic stock imagery erodes brand equity; Andre’s photography does the heavy lifting of demonstrating real-world authority. From founder-led "Field Intelligence" sessions to high-stakes commercial product shoots, he captures the motion, risk, and precision that define category leaders.
Having photographed for global powerhouses like Red Bull, Nike, Oakley, and X-Games, Andre ensures our clients’ visual identity matches their technical expertise. His imagery provides the "digital body language" that proves to both algorithms and customers that a brand is active, authentic, and elite.
Drew Deyoung
Lead Video Editor & YouTube Manager
15+ years of professional experience directing, producing, and editing for national networks, including Discovery Channel. Holds a B.S. in Film & Video Production from Grand Valley State University.
Andrew doesn't just edit; he turns hours of footage into high-conversion systems that educate and entertain. He and Ryan met years ago at Watermarc Productions, forging their partnership during 15-hour nights editing television shows—sessions defined by late-night scares and pizza-fueled creative sprints.
He has been weaponizing stories ever since, bringing elite precision and pacing to every project. Whether cutting cinematic brand narratives or implementing technical Shopify builds, Andrew is the unit’s steadiest creative force—sharp, reliable, and endlessly inventive.
Patrick Daily PHD
Technical Writer & Content Strategist
With a PhD in Philosophy from Texas A&M, Patrick brings a high-level discipline to the firm’s strategy, research and writing process. As a published author and editor of three books and over two dozen academic publications, his work focuses on the intersection of technology, ethics, and communication.
Patrick specializes in Structural Logic and Pattern Recognition. He takes the raw "Field Intelligence" gathered by the team and deconstructs complex legal, engineering, and technical subjects into clear, high-value content. By applying a researcher’s rigor to our Information and Decision Architecture, he ensures that every strategy we build, is logically consistent and technically sound.
Having collaborated with Ryan for over fifteen years, starting in a touring band.
Patrick thinks in probability trees and across layers, providing the analytical depth required to build true brand authority in an AI-saturated market.
The Story Behind Rygo Labs
Built in the field. Refined through obsession.
I got my start in 2012 chasing a dream: making videos for kiteboarding brands. I toured with Best Kiteboarding, filming across the U.S. and Brazil. Sleeping on floors, chasing the shot, and living on raw ambition. When I came back to Michigan, I started editing TV pilots for Watermarc Productions. We built shows like Nick’s Wild Ride, and I spent those years learning how to structure stories for mass media.
But I had a bigger vision: What if I blended TV-level production with actual marketing strategy?
No kite shop had a real media engine back then. I took a sales job at MACkite, packing boxes by day and teaching myself how to dominate online by night. I was up at 5 a.m. every day. I read real books, took Google’s digital marketing courses, and went deep into SEO, design, motion graphics, and PPC. I treated YouTube and blogs like search assets and started building.
I recruited the athletes and the talent. I launched the first real trick-tip series, beginner vlogs, and a global travel guide filmed in 13 countries. I flew to locations to film, wrote the blogs, trained athletes how to be marketers, edited the videos, and optimized every script. By 2021, MACkite had gone from a small local shop to the largest wind sports retailer in the world #1 organic content machine. We became the authority. The biggest brands in the industry were trying to catch us.
The Engine for the Agencies
After a pivot into B2B sales at Airush, the word got out. A dealer pulled me aside: “You built the best content system in the sport. Can you do it for us?”
That was the first client. From there, I began operating as a white-label engine for other agencies. I was brought in to test my SEO and content systems against their existing vendors. Within weeks, I was outperforming everyone they had. Within months, we were scaling across Law, Real Estate, Engineering, and the Trades. Operating behind the scenes of these agencies was the proving ground. It’s where I perfected the systems we now use to dominate high-stakes industries.
The Unit
I didn’t hire “employees”—I recruited a special ops team from a decade of high-performance connections:
The Lead Writer: My former student who learned to kite in two hours, a feat that takes most eighteen lessons. Today, she’s in charge of our E-commerce and sports accounts as well as leading the writing team.
The PPC Lead: A quiet killer I met on the KPL tour in Argentina. He runs our paid media and off-page strategy.
The Strategist: A published author and PhD in Philosophy. We played in a band together; now he ghostwrites for law firms and handles our high-level strategic logic.
The Lead Editor: My veteran collaborator from the Watermarc TV days. I know his pace, his eye, and his 15-year pedigree with networks like Discovery Channel.
The Counsel (Coming Soon): An Attorney joining the unit to contribute to Generative Engine Orientation and service our Law Firm client base.
Today, Rygo Labs is a focused team of operators. We are writers, marketers, editors, and builders. We think in systems. We see across layers. We execute.
We build dominance.
